These are the main gains from the application of Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) in the sizing of industrial blinds and louvers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This methodology derived from Computational Engineering has been increasingly used in the design of intelligent industrial solutions that demand a deep understanding of fluid behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of natural ventilation systems, CFD validates the calculations of the ideal air renewal rate for each type of warehouse, according to the particularities of the layout and the several climatic variables that interfere in the behavior of the fluid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The intention is to guarantee a high performance project through the previous identification of the highest and\/or lowest temperature points in the environment, the \"dead zones\", the air velocity inside the shed, among other essential criteria for the adequate dimensioning of a natural ventilation system<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CFD is very functional, since you simply collect the correct inputs from the physical environment and bring them into the 3D mesh in virtual reality. From there, the software works with the inputs to generate accurate insights to get the design off the ground. The tests that can be done on the virtual mesh allow you to evaluate various possibilities before configuring the shutters and louvers in the shed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This avoids rework and losses with poorly done or poorly certified installations. Not by chance, companies that are a reference in the segment of natural ventilation have already incorporated the use of this methodology in the sizing of their solutions.
