The project is a retrofit of an industrial warehouse from 1964, with the purpose of being the new structure of TRADIMAQ.

What was accomplished:

Natural Ventilation:
We implemented Domus Linealight in the main work area with the aim of providing 500 lux of natural lighting in the environment.

Natural Lighting:
We installed the Lanternim MB and Venezianas, a complete ventilation solution that allows fresh air to enter and saturated air to exit, generating a healthy, productive environment with good air quality.

In addition to MB Group solutions, the project also included solar control projects, security in the workshop area, thermal insulation of tiles, energy generation, rain reserve, recycling, etc. A project rich in technology and sustainability in the market.
